DELIVERY IS FREE OF CHARGE.

THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON HTTPS://SHOP-STELLAJEAN.COM ARE DELIVERED ON AVERAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

  • 3-5 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT, IN ITALY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION
  • 5-8 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT FOR ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS.

DELIVERY DATES DEPEND ON DIFFERENT FACTORS, SO THE SELLER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR DELAYS DUE TO COURIERS, WHICH MAY OCCUR IN PARTICULAR IN CASE OF NATIONAL HOLIDAYS AND FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PROCEDURES.

PRODUCTS COMPRISED WITHIN THE SAME ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES.

IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS GEOGRAPHICALLY REMOTE, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER THERE. IF THAT IS THE CASE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BEFORE WE ACCEPT YOUR ORDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO DELIVER TO ANY COUNTRY/REGION THAT IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE EXPORT LAWS. ORDERS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PO BOX OR SIMILAR ADDRESSES.

IF YOU ORDER PRODUCT(S) FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, THEY MAY BE OPENED AND INSPECTED BY CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH ARE LEVIED WHEN THE DELIVERY REACHES THE SPECIFIED DESTINATION. RETURNS POLICY

RETURN IS FREE OF CHARGE, BUT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED BELOW.

RETURN IS POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE.

YOU HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE OF THE PRODUCTS WHILE THEY ARE IN YOUR POSSESSION, AND YOU MUST RETURN THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVE THEM. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

  • PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RETURNED UNWORN (OTHER THAN TO TRY THEM ON), UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED WITH THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS;
  • PRODUCTS (INCLUDING FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES) SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES PROVIDED AND INSIDE A PROTECTIVE SHIPPING BOX;
  • IF THE PRODUCT COMES WITH A SECURITY TAG THIS SHOULD BE LEFT ON;
  • HOSIERY SHOULD ONLY BE RETURNED IF IT IS UNOPENED AND IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE;
  • LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR MUST ONLY BE TRIED ON OVER YOUR OWN LINGERIE GARMENTS.

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE OBLIGATIONS (INCLUDING THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN), WE MAY DEDUCT FROM THE REFUND AN AMOUNT TO REFLECT THE DIMINISHED VALUE OF THE PRODUCT(S) UP TO THE FULL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES ARE PROVIDED FOR ITEMS ON SALE.

IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE RETURN OF THE SAME PRODUCT.

THE RETURN FOR SIZE OR COLOUR REPLACEMENT DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT(S) ARE NOT ALLOWED.

IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM, THE SELLER KINDLY ASK YOU TO CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY BY EMAIL, PROVIDING US WITH PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, SO THAT THE SELLER MAY EVALUATE THE RETURN APPROVAL.

IN CASE OF REFUND REQUEST, NOT IMPUTABLE TO A DEFECT OF THE PRODUCT, THE REQUEST MAD BY EMAIL MAY BE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL.

THE PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR EMAIL REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

IN CASE OF RETURN APPROVAL, THE SELLER WILL PROVIDE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS, THE AIRWAY BILL LABEL AND THE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
